Q. How can you sell homes for such a low commission?
A. Greyrock Realty is a beautiful example of a company keeping overhead low and passing the savings back to the customer. Most brokerages pay huge amounts of money to promote their brand, attract new agents and maintain high profile office space. As a result, their agents must pay a large portion of their commission to the employing company. Our efforts and dollars are spent on selling property, not promoting our brand and attracting whordes of new agents. We run a small office of highly experienced brokers. Since our overhead is low, our agents keep more of their commission and are able to charge you less.
Q. How much commission do I offer the agent that brings the buyer?
A. There is no set commission rate that must be offered to the cooperating broker. However, the majority of our clients choose to offer 3% of the purchase price to the broker that represents the buyer.
